About the Class & Instructor

This yoga class starts with gentle movements and breath work to ground oneself and ends with a relaxing sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes, and tuning forks. All skill levels are welcome. We are offering registration on a sliding scale for this event. Please select the price level that works best for you. Priyanka Varma, MS, C-IAYT, RYT 500, is a Trauma-informed Pain Therapist specializing in managing chronic conditions such as Arthritis, medical trauma, and chronic spinal issues. She is a Certified Yoga Therapist, as well as an expert in Breathwork and Meditation. She’s also trained in Pilates, Functional Movement and Sound therapy. With degrees in Statistics and Population Sciences and training in the Indian classical dance form Kathak, Priyanka brings a unique blend of science, art, and ancient wisdom to her practice.
